Feel free to reach out to us anytime at 606-777-5067. For non-urgent matters, communication by text message is preferred. For urgent matters, a voice call is preferred. Please note that during holidays and the bustling Spring season, when we're processing thousands of plants, there might be some delay in our response times. Rest assured, all messages will be handled in the order they're received. I aim to reply within a couple of hours with some exceptions. Working with nature and natural products requires me to sometimes be in areas where there is no cellular service and I don’t always have someone available to reply immediately as a backup but I will get back to you as soon as I am able to! Your patience is highly appreciated!
