Shipping policy

Our shipping and handling policy is designed to provide our valued customers with the best possible service and experience. Our standard shipping and handling fee starts at $7.99 for all orders placed on our website.

For customers who require expedited delivery, we offer a Priority Shipping and Processing option. This option moves your order to the front of the processing queue during busy times such as Spring, ensuring that your package arrives as quickly as possible.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure their safe arrival. Our seeds are never shipped in plain white envelopes, but always packaged securely with tracking, padding, and proper labeling.

To ensure the health and well-being of our plants, we only ship them on Monday and Tuesday, with the exception of certain terrarium plants. This allows us to monitor the weather conditions during transit and ensure that your plants arrive in the best possible condition.

Most plants offer a live arrival guarantee, please check the listings for specific instructions and procedures for filing a claim.

For your ease of mind, as of April 2023, we have had 3 plants nor ssurvive transit since 2019. So the odds are very slim. We package only the healthiest plants, and I don’t send junk. If you’re experiencing a delay on a plant order, it is because I am taking additional time to ensure it is correctly acclimated, and packages so it arrives safe and sound, and in a way that I would personally be happy receiving.
