Sorghum

This is a solid seed mix. Roughly 50:50 mixed sorghum cultivars White and Burgundy. 

Kentucky grown, sweet and strong mix that grows 2-3 feet tall, harvest in Fall and hang upside down to dry. Sorghum provides a healthy gluten-free grain that can be made into meal or flours for some serious whole grain bread or grits!

I suggest spreading seeds onto a seed starting mix and keeping moist for germination. Bright light! As seedlings emerge you can space them out into individual potting trays or let them grow a few inches before doing so; there’s no wrong way. Heat mat is optional. 

Plant in Full sun after danger of Frost and when soil temps are above 50 for best survivability.
